At SKINTIFIC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products or items that caused an adverse skin reaction.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
Receive Approval
Our skincare experts will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the items in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our warehouse.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
